In Matt Smith's case I was a bit sceptic if he would a great doctor. So far from the video clips and info I have seen online, he has potential. Only time will tell. The human reptiles mentioned above sound to me like the Silurians. The Silurians were first featured in a Third Doctor story called 'The Silurians'. The fifth Doctor also met the Silurians in the story called 'Warriors from the Deep'. I hope they are Silurians, I also liked their voice. When I read about Alien Vampires that reminds me of the story 'State of Decay' - last season of the fourth Doctor (Tom Baker). I wonder are the vampires related. Amy Pond seems like an interesting character. It will be interesting to see what type of character she has. Doctor Who has been getting a bit gaudy recently, Steven Moffat's darker writing style should bring the Doctor bang up to date. You could look so deep into those eyes that one might say that you could fall into a vortex in one of those eyes. Possibly both. Back to Series 5...Anyone who calls it Series 1 will from now on be found. Oh what I will do to those insignificant sycophants will be a tale that is lost in legend as a scary story to tell the kids. One day it mat even makee it as a Doctor Who episode. Starring Paul McGann. With Rose playing Romana, as Romana has decided to come find The Doctor, and when she learns of his love for Rose, she regenerates into Rose's look. It's gonna happen, I tell ya...
