Quite possibly the most popular, most prolific and charmingly irreverent (but never irrelevant) Doctor Who podcast around.

@Philip - As this page says, all episodes are available via iTunes (nothing here mentions the inline player or the site itself having all episodes; alas changes to our setup over the years has resulted in some forced obsolescence).

The iTunes blurb may need adjusting, true (and the inline player goes back to 51 when I scroll down the list; older episodes will not be available through it as it does not play m4a files), so that's been done. We still get a ton of downloads for the early episodes so they're definitely available. In the mean time, please enjoy the other 200+ episodes available through this site and/or the inline player! :)

Also, iPlayer is a trademark of the BBC and has nothing to do with this site.

Hi! I'd love to listen to Radio Free Skaro, but since I don't have an iPod or an iPlayer, I'm unable to download the first 48 episodes. Is there a way in future for amateur RFS fans to listen to all the episodes from Episode 1 onwards? You also need to update your little blurb on iTunes. You say you can listen to all the episodes on this website, but the radio actually goes to 58. That could be considered false advertising.

Podshock allows one to listen and even download all the episodes without an iPod or even an iPlayer, yet you don't. How disappointing. Maybe I'm old-fashioned..... :(

Hi Guys, Stuart from Liverpool England here. Love your podcasts and your enthusiam for things British especially Doctor Who. I was born pre Unearthly Child and became a fan with Season 7 (Inferno my favourite all time story) and Troughton my fave Doctor with Tennant a good second.. Been listening since start of 2010 and Matt Smith era. Have now gone back to 2006 and listened to your first 22 editions. Steven and Warren seem very happy with the early RTD stuff and far more manic pre the arrival of our pendantic friend Chris. Will be interesting to see how your views on RTD and Tennant develop as i listen to the outstanding 178 episodes whilst keeping up with the current releases. Love your commentaries - want to hear Warren squirm to more McCoy. And maybe Twin Dilemma - the worst crime to hit Dr Who ever. Keep up the good work guys and maybe one day I'll get to Gallifrey (2013 maybe)and say hello. Cheers Stuart

Just wanted to tell you guys that I’ve been listening to the podcast for a while and I actually have listened to all 147 which took about a month of listening to the show every second I could. I found out about the podcast when I bought an ipod a couple of months ago and looking up doctor who podcasts randomly. So, I’m going through other podcasts related to doctor who but I enjoy you guys the best because of the humor and the hilarious bits about the show. I’m from South Carolina, US and have always been a fan of the classic series. My dad actually went to Wales in the early 70’s and found out about the show and I’ve been watching Doctor Who since I was a kid watching Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, and Peter Davidson on VHS. I know a lot about the show even though I was born 2 years before the classic series ended. From the old series I like Tom Baker and Patrick Troughton, even though I watched Patrick Troughton on youtube because I don’t have any of DVD’s of his stories. The new series is alright in my opinion and probably the best doctor of the new series would be Christopher Eccleston agreeing with Chris. David Tennant is alright but there’s just been something about him that I never really liked when I first saw him. I do miss certain aspects of the classic series that you guys discuss in your podcasts but the special effects and cgi have come a long way from the classic series. But in ways I like the cheesy effects of classic Doctor Who because that’s what made the show cool in a way. Also the emotions and companion back story is very strange to watch from the new series when all you’ve seen are the classic series where there aren’t many instances of emotion or companion back story.+1

When I was young girl in the 80s I discovered Doctor Who and immediately was a fan of Tom Baker and Doctor Who. While at that tender age I didn't understand all of what I was watching, this show and the Twilight Zone were the two shows I snuck out of bed to watch!

Now in my 30s, I'm catching up on the last 5 years of Doctor Who and I'm a fan once again thanks to Netflix... not the Sci-Fi Channel (what idiot planned those airing times?)

I've only come across your podcast (and others) over these last few weeks since I've had my iPod and its fantastic to hear your and others opinions of the show. Many of which validates episodes I did and did not like and gave me much to consider about the writing, directing, music and canon.

Thank you so much do doing such a great job, and while I only have Cablevision and no BBC America *sigh* I love forward to your podcasts of Matt Smith as the 11th Doctor.

Hi All!

I just listened to podcast #166 and found it quite interesting. I'm particularly looking forward to this weekend's edition about the Waters of Mars. Your podcast is interesting and and the sound engineering is very good! I love the fact that you feature the classic Who as well. I grew up on it back in the 80's. As much as I enjoy the new series, I still love the old ones too! You have yet another loyal listener. :-)

Hi RFS,

Got to say that your podcast is the best one I've heard out here on the interwebs! Much better than the rest, I must buy a pedantor mug from your shop, maybe a RFS T-Shirt too, expect an order soon - and keep up the good work!!
