Radio Free Skaro #234 – Click here to listen
Gally news, casting details, and not-LEGO Doctor Who figures….all of which prefigured the cogent analysis and detailed examination of the (Doctor Who) career of one Peter Grimwade, one of the few polymaths to both write and direct for Doctor Who. With highlights such as Earthshock and lowlights like Time-Flight, Grimwade’s output was grist for the mill of the Three Who Rule.

In this week’s miniscope, Steven called the androids in Earthshock “Raston Warrior Robots”. I believe the Raston Warrior Robot was in The Five Doctors. The Earthshock beings were androids as opposed to robots, and were not further classified beyond that.

Thanks as always for an entertaining epsiode.

The JNT/Grimwade kerfuffle reminds me yet again why I can’t stand JNT. I could go on a long diatribe if you’d like. Just give me the word.

@Mustafa: An android is a robot that resembles the human form. The similarities are there, which is why Warren refers to them as such.
